Reported Issue #

SmartBrew machine has no functionality and the tablet is "ON".

Currently, there are no visual indicators that the SmartBrew machine has power.

Troubleshooting #

• Step 1 - Plug in SmartBrew Machine

• Step 2 - Turn on SmartBrew Machine

• Step 3 - Check Circuit Breaker

• Step 4 - Dispatch - Plug Shorted

• Step 5 - Dispatch - Check Transformer

• Step 6 - Dispatch - Check Main Board
